How I wish I have someone to confide in ; someone who is appropriate.
Im trying to put everything aside but sadly I cant.=( it's tough.

对外界的不安全感。
慌、怕、紧张。
好难控制的情绪阿～
讨厌。
容易被影响 不懂得调整情绪
泪也渐渐的很难控制
变得不勇敢、很脆弱..
